Method statement
Having an item made is about trust. Being invested with a clients trust is an extremely honoured position to be in, I strive with every piece to exceed expectations, with a firm belief in hard work, honesty, clarity, communication and quality.
I only consider a piece a success if it matches a clients “Minds Eye” picture. This can only be successfully achieved by face to face meeting and a lot of questions. I strongly recommend / insist a visit to my workshop before undertaking any decisions. All workshop visits are strictly by appointment
